Artists note: 

This brand is inspired by the raw natural beauty of the highlands. 

Inspiration is rich here! With dreamy colours, textured slopes of clod and orange grass and crisp jagged lines of the mountain ranges imprinted themselves on my eyelids. When sitting down to convey this in imagery I was determined to paint a picture that was far away from the classic highland image we have. 

I wanted to capture the staggering nature, not the people or culture- for that reason tartan is purposefully absent. Instead we see a Scottish thistle, too beautiful to not include, we see hints of witchery in the female silhouettes framing the O. We see pine and juniper leaves, and a decidedly simple font.  The colours where a contrast of soft lavenders, burnt orange, sage greens.. too much to capture really!
